I signed up for Pilates at the Bayside location in August 2023 for three months. After attending a few classes, I quickly realized that I was getting nauseous during each session. My doctor advised me to stop attending Pilates classes immediately due to health concerns.

However, canceling my membership at Bayside turned into a nightmare. I found myself in an endless email exchange with Alex, who gave me countless excuses to avoid processing my cancellation. Despite clearly stating that I was unwell and could not attend classes, Alex insisted that the doctor's note didn't specify a timeline.

After numerous phone calls to the front desk and emails to Alex, I finally reached management. Even six months later, they were still asking for a $100 cancellation fee.
