CTown Supermarkets — Local services in New York

Omg 1859 bronxdale CTOWN IS THE BEST , the best supermarket in our area is CTOWN . I would like to start off my review by saying the customer service in this place is over delivered from the moment you walk in to moment you walk out . Cashiers are very helpful and also go the extra mile to make sure you get the sale items … KELLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL . I needed help with locating a few items as I’m new to supermarket . Natalie went above and beyond even went thru aisle with me showing me all sale items and most importantly I was able to find ingredients from my native country 😄. I was extremely in disbelief with the MEAT PRICES I SPEND ABOUT 133$ in meats and had about 21 packs meat . Supermarket smells & is very clean & deli/Hotfood...

Ctown for more than ten years had been my favorite supermarket to shop for my family's groceries because the well stock shelves of foods for different cultures I'm Puerto Rican. But that's not the only reason I love to shop at crown supermarket! It's because they manage to keep their prices fare and their products of quality especially their meats always fresh and high quality. I moved out the area far from c town for many years and I was excited to find out that I finally moved to an area 0.6 mile that I can walk to do my grocery shopping. I no longer drive I'm almost 70 years old and car insurance is too expensive 😫,but I'm happy that I can still walk to c town supermarket....

We desperately needed a better supermarket in this neighborhood. One who had better sales as well as a plethora of items to choose from. This store is clean, has friendly staff willing to go beyond to make the customers happy and shelves were stocked with many choices.. Will walk the extra blocks past my local supermarket to make this my go to grocery shopping experience!! Also appreciated they offer FREE bags and can get items delivered.
