I will give this company a zero star not even one . on one hand Instead of taking the time to check their product before shipping it and making sure it’s not damaged to the consumer. and on the other hand not vetting their partners to whom they sell the product in order to deliver to the consumer. To whom it may concern!!!. You have a partner in Orlando by the name of euro living . Their sale rep by the name of Meriam is a liar and not trustworthy. She lied to us . She claimed that the bed Granada is compatible with our adjustable temper pedic but it turned up not the case . And instead of admitting the mistake, she denies it and blame on ESF.
