J&A Party Bus Entertainment — Local services in New York

We recently had a booking with J&A’s fabulous party bus for a special celebration — and let’s just say, things didn’t go quite as planned at first… Their top-tier bus unfortunately broke down on its way to pick us up. Total nightmare, right?

BUT — here’s where J&A truly impressed us. They were fully prepared to reimburse us, but they also knew this was a big, meaningful event with guests waiting. Instead of giving up, they sprang into action. The owner, dispatcher Vinny, and driver Wesley went above and beyond: they rerouted a driver who had just finished another ride to come save the day. Talk about dedication!

Not only did they get us a backup bus quickly, but they also compensated us for the delay and change in plans. The level of care, professionalism, and hustle they showed turned what could’ve been a disaster into a memorable (and still super fun!) night.

Sometimes things go wrong — but how a company responds says everything. J& A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They nailed it.

I searched high & low for 2 party buses to rent for my daughters wedding & every place I called gave me the run around & would not give me pricing or information unless I filled out a bunch of forms & then I called J & A & immediately spoke to Vinny who was so personable & gave me everything I needed right then & there & gave me the best price & customer service. He kept in touch with me through text for the months following up to the big day & made me feel so comfortable that my daughter & her bridal party & me (the mom) would be in good hands & he definitely delivered! He let me know who the drivers would be with their contact information & they were prompt on arrival & handled us with so much professionalism. His team was top notch! I definitely recommend J & A for any of your transportation needs I promise you will not be...

Awful experience for my wedding. We didn’t have the owner as our driver but we were sent someone else and he was SO unprofessional. We had the bus for a full 5 hours knowing we were only going to be using the bus for two 10 minute trips. Regardless, we paid for the full 5 hours - no problem. The bus was with us for 2 1/2 hours total with stopping for my ceremony, returning to my venue and then let go. The driver had the nerve to make a comment that we didn’t leave him a large enough tip. The absolute nerve to say something like that to a couple on their wedding day is just insane to me. We already overpaid for 5 hours when he was only used for 2! Also let me add the driver almost crashed on the way back to my venue. What a mess. He didn’t even deserve a penny as a tip....
