Sometimes selling a beautiful piece of jewelry can be tough, there's that sentimental value to it, but at the same time the need for make decent money and move on from the past. I have to thank the gold buyer at We Buy Gold for being so kind, showing me how gold is tested, and for not breaking my gems apart when I agreed to sell him the gold. He purchased my rings and then was able to return my gems to me for free. Although we both knew that taking the rings apart may break the gems, he did his best to do it in a manner so they would not break. And I got my beautiful stones back for free since he just purchased the gold. I have taken my rings to approx 4 other gold buyers, many of them had terrible attitudes, quoted me a price without even barely looking at the rings, and brushed me off. We Buy Gold in Staten Island gave me slightly more than most of the other buyers, not much, but I knew that it was the best price around and I’ve got cash. Highly...

There were no smiles, and although I spoke first, barely got a greeting back. One of the sales people never even acknowledged I was in the store. I was then given information about Movado watches, told the company was going out of business. However when I researched, stocks were actually up for the company. Meaning if you have something worth $3,000 & they can tell you are looking for fast cash for “something nefarious”, they will low ball you. The only complaint I can ever make is that they took a silverware set from me in pieces that I know they looked up and was worth $11,000 for just an 8 person set (mine was 12), which isn’t even in the realm of what I got. So I wish they would have let me know what I was parting with before I did it. Other than that they are very amendable to the point where if you only took out a portion of the value you pawn, they’ll allow you to go back and borrow...
