I asked prior to being seated if they could do the design that I had showed them. Selina helped me and was very unprofessional. She was rude, rushing me, and gave me an attitude when I asked her to fix a design on one of my nails. I asked her to just take everything off and I would do a regular polish color, since the design came out nothing like I asked for. She refused to redo my nails and charged me $60 for a set she did not even finish. Not to mention that she got nail polish all over me and on my phone case. I went back an hour later after calling the manager and sat down with Wendy, who told me they would charge me $38 to change the design entirely. I was so frustrated at that point that I didn’t even care - I just hated my nails. She finished one hand and told me to put it under the dryer, but I was trying to ask her to fix the design on one of my nails. She was not listening to me and told me to stick my hand under the dryer repeatedly, even though I was trying to ask her a question. When I finally was able to ask, she got angry with me and told me that my nails were already dry. I tried to explain that she would not listen and kept telling me to put my hands under the dryer. I didn’t even care to have my nails fixed at that point, now I just wanted to go. I spent three hours of my day in this nail salon and will not EVER be returning. I have been going here for years and have never been treated like this ever. Unprofessional and left an awful taste in my mouth. DO NOT GO HERE. Not worth it! Would rate 0 stars if I could. Attached pictures of nail inspiration VS the set that I got.

Love the salon it was so pretty Raymond did my nails I recommend he did an excellent job For some that say he got lazy I personally think it’s all about how good of a customer you are I’m not saying you should give them a big tip but I know what it’s like to be tipped poorly so just keep that in mind Overall I recommend this salon

Some of the reviews show bad experience but I had an excellent experience with Michelle. They were all very nice and Michelle did not rush at all. She was gentle and patient. The shaping is perfect and the polishing is clean and neat. I see no flaws in my nails.

I scheduled an appointment fo11/23/2021 at 10:30 am. I informed the technician that I wanted to have my gel tip manicure removed and replaced with my actual nails. Immediately they wanted to use a MetroCard to remove my nails. I informed them that it's unsanitary to use a MetroCard so please soak them off. They're staff gets upset and tells me I need a get a pedicure before they do the gel manicure. I then state that I do not want a pedicure just my nails done. Again, they then start shouting in Chinese and laughing. Now the gentleman starts my nails and burns my pinky. Now my finger is bleeding from him using the acrylic machine aggressively. I tells the technician if he don't want to do it then just state that and I will have someone else soak them off. So the guy next to him starts to do my nails and man oh man if it wasn't burning. At this point they are adamant that this is how they should treat woman especially woman of color. Keep in mind I was professional and non confrontational. So at this point I contacted the NYS department of licensing and let them hear how I was spoken too as well as file a formal complaint. I would advise anyone to never go there. Now I have a cut on my pinky and damaged nails due to this salon. Please especially woman of color, go to a place that treat you fairly and just. If they don't use sanitized equipment immediately file a complaint with the state. Enough complaints should get them to treat us better. Oh and I do have pictures that I provided along with...
