Tried to give this place another shot, after requesting information from one of the staff, only to be summarily dismissed, in favor of a guy who just walked up to him, and started asking a other question.
The 2nd time, I was told that if a part didn't fit, there is a strict no refund policy.
That's kind of difficult to to do, when the part I needed to replace, was attached to a client's flushometer toilet, and the only way to bring it in for comparison, would haven been to shut down the water for the building, until I returned with it, the next day.
You can't re-sell an undamaged, unused part, if it doesn't fit? What kind of backwards policy is that? It's not a tool, it's a part. Severely overpriced at that.

They charged me 9.99 so I advised the clerk it's advertised with a sign that says 4.99 and that's the reason I was purchasing it. She went to the owner who dismissively and rudely told me he didn't care what the sign says and that the sign was old and incorrect. Like them, Hardware Express has what I'm looking for 99% of the time vs the big box stores which usually have 50% of what I'm looking for less than 50% of the time! Staff is friendly and helpful.
