The older gentleman who works on the left side with alteration sometimes doesn’t know what he’s doing. I asked to let out 1 inch from the bottom of my pants and he kept insisting that the glue wouldn’t come out, but my pants are not glued they are sewn in, and for him to not realize that is really disappointing, because I brought other stuff to be altered or fixed and he would just look at it and doesn’t even think about what he can do. I initially went into this establishment at 4:20 PM and there was someone in front of me who was taking a long time and he told me to wait and he never greeted me when I walked in the store.
