Three Star Juice Lounge — Restaurant in New York

I would’ve loved to give this place five stars because I love their smoothies, but I’m livid right now. For the second time I’ve gone there in the middle of a Saturday and they were closed. After the first time, I started calling first but they never answer the phone. I asked about the random closures the last time I was in there, they said they were having some issues that were now resolved (blew off the part about not answering the phone) but they were back to normal now. So even though they didn’t answer, I thought I was good but just went there and it’s closed. Extremely inconsiderate. I’m not into having my time wasted.

The LEAST they could do is have the calls forwarded, change the voicemail letting customers know they’re closed for the day, update the website, Facebook page or something....

This place is really great for filling, tasty, large portion of healthy as well as fattening drinks. I enjoy the drinks. However no one has a friendly face I just don't understand that from the manager who usually sits in on one of the tables to the ladies who prepare the drinks no one has a smiling face. Customer service is okay nothing overwhelming nothing extra so if you're coming just to enjoy the drinks you're coming to the right place. I do have to comment on their policy which is not truly a policy is something they Implement. After taking your order and making a payment they will ask you to have a seat. What if I don't want to have a seat? I believe the reason for this is they don't want you to see how the ingredients are measured. But whatever the reason is it's their reason I...

The juice was nice but my issue is the price and the long wait time. The smallest most basic fruit drink was a few cents shy of $10. There was a long wait when it was only 2 ppl in the shop. Prices are not listed in the store. Never shop somewhere if their prices are not posted. It is ridiculous to sell a little basic drink with everyday fruits for $10 for the smallest size available. I normally get the same fruit drink ice smoothies for $3.50 in manhattan with less wait time. The drink was good and customer service was a 4 no one went above and beyond to greet me or anything but they were not rude.
