Previously I wrote a unflattering review of Barron context a delivery person did something severally unethical in allowing a neighbor sign for a delivery of product for incontinence obviously a very sensitive personal subject. Before I had an explanation as to the reason I fired off an unflattering review. Here's my update once Perry from customer service found out what had happened she was rectified the situation. It turns the delivery person was a third party vendor tasked with doing delivery. She was aghast by my experience. The person was who made such a error was promptly fired I take no pleasure in someone losing their job especially in these unpredictable times Perry went above and beyond to redeem the Barron reputation I have never encountered someone this serious about customer service . Even going so far as having the owner himself Moishe doing my Delivery himself I live in Staten island obviously Barron is located in Brooklyn so you know my order wasn't a great financial windfall it wouldn't have made or broke their bank so to say I am pretty cynical at my age I was. And I'm still impressed. This is a quality company I will definitely continue using for my medical supplies they totally redeemed themselves as to when it was explained really was beyond their control it was an anomaly. I would recommend this company if anyone asked me . It was impressive in this day and age when someone admitted something wrong had happened an were going to do their best at making it if I right without writing a short story it wasn't something they could b held responsible for it was great to see a company admit a wrong had been made and the customer mattered if I could rate more than five stars I really would. Read moreI had the pleasure of working with Esther in securing a number of durable medical equipment devices for my mother. When I called initially asking the receptionist to assist me with the process and Baron request from my doctor I was given everything that I need. I was able to communicate effectively to my doctor our needs in the referral - the doctor also did a virtual office visit with my mother - all of the assistance from my first call made it easier for the doctor , Esther and the insurance company - I am so grateful for the receptionist. Esther was phenomenal, she was patient with my questions and gave timely responses that were detailed. My process for my mother was handled with love, efficiency and expeditiously. Read moreThis will be my last month with this company .. their communication is terrible .. they have careless attitudes because it’s not them or their kids waiting on stuff .. my son didn’t even receive his supply for October and here we are November 3rd .. and no one even gave the respect of a heads up no one told me that his shipment would be late. No one called me to ask if he received anything I call. I don’t get no one on the phone. Their customer service is terrible. It has been bad from the start, but my son was in a desperate need of medical supplies I will not recommend these people. They treat you carelessly.
