Holly Hill Pool and Patio — Local services in New York

Used to like this place but no more. We moved to a new house and went to order a pool which we did and were told that we would have delivery in 2 weeks. The next day we get a call saying it will take 3 weeks but if we give them another $1000.00 (bait & switch) we would have a bigger pool and in the 2 week time frame. I told them if it was only going to be a week I was willing to wait. Not to have this story drag on and on the pool was installed today 5 weeks from the day we ordered it! Not only that the installer came and gave us a price of $725.00 which suddenly grew to $1150.00. Said he had to level the ground. Which i kind of think everybody does before they install a pool. Im sure perfectly level ground doesn't happen very often. I won't buy another thing from this outfit. We lost half of the season thanks to their incompetentance. Also installation does not include putting the ladder together - "it's a liability issue". $1100.00 for installation and we have to put the...

My husband and I went into the store yesterday, we were greeted with friendly faces and keep in mind it was an hour before they were closing on a very busy 95 degree Sunday. Joe took the time to help us and answer all of my husbands questions with patience and knowledge of the product. We then were helped by Brian who went above and beyond to help us get the part we were looking for and walked my husband through the process of what to do when we got home. Needless to say his instructions were spot on and all ended well. Listening to the all of the employees assist others was a pleasure....everyone always had a smile on their faces and went out the their way to help people. Will tell everyone I know to shop at Holly Hill...a family owned...
