Kissena Park Tennis Courts — Local services in New York

Poorly maintained & overly demanded 4 hard courts & 9 closed hard tru courts that remain ill-prepared & unusable.

It's apparently clear that the necessary city park labor/skills & knowhow to properly maintain the courts according to std is absent;

1. the sub-standard priority consistently allocated by NYC Parks & Recreation inclusive of Kissena Park Mgmt Team is clear evidence that the courts remain unopened as of April 1 after each player paid $100 for permit effective April 1!;
2. in accordance to design made by the city park mgmt, the city improperly enjoys over-charging the NYC residents $100/player for a seasonal permit fee , effective April 1for access & use of the city courts when they can't be accessed & used at Kissrna Park by reational/avid players: the city charged & each player paid the money without rendering the services it purported to provide to the public, disservice at its best, if not an...
