Linden Jewels — Local services in New York

I wouldn't recommend people doing business with these people. Today was the last day that I brought from them.

1. Firstly: Since it's a community business, you will think that they will make it oriented towards customer satisfaction with the hope that people will honor their relationship with them and come back or even refer others -- Nope, they don't operate like that. All they care about it's to rob you off as much as possible.

2. Secondly: The guy overcharged me for 1 simple gold necklace with a 1/2 inch pendant (14K Gold Box Chain 0.5mm!) Something I could have for the most paid $160-170, He charged me $225! (for a 0.5 millimeter!! necklace and 1/2 inch pendant!!! wow) and he kept saying that his pricing are great and under market value; that was a lie. He wouldn't even take the $25 off. Never again.

Go ahead and steal en extra 85$ from me but you will never find me or my brother who have brought from them before coming back for more dishonest transaction.

3. Thirdly: The guy from the store (Aron) took a copy of my bank card and NY ID, (I never seen store owners do that kind of policies anywhere else) I felt very uncomfortable about it, so much so, that I had to call the bank immediately after I left their store to block the card. They are not supposed to make copies of your debit card information. And tomorrow or during the week I'm going to make sure I call 311 to report on them.

I usually read reviews prior to making business somewhere; but since I had purchased from them before, I didn't worried about that. however, today was my last straw, I rather go to Jamaica Ave.

They are dishonorable people and their business is not prone to hold on to customer trust. Their scheme is to use a stratagem for gain at the expense of even losing a customer (as long as they can scam you today). I would not recommend doing business with them. It's a Zero star for me.

Edited: The guy even have the nerves to tell me before I leave the store "you will learn the hard way" I honestly think it's you, who is going to learn the hard way by realizing people only buy at your store one time and also discourage their acquaintances or relatives to...

The store is every beautiful. The owner gets everything done for me in time and a great price I came there to buy 1 14k necklaces and I bought and earring and a cartier bracelet that day. He gave me the exact price on all of the items. But when I came to cashout he gave me 50% off on everything i was amazed of how much he took off and also how he worked with me step by step showing me beautiful different type of jewelry also worked with my budget I highly recommend this place...

Don’t EVER COME HERE. I got scammed for my gold chain. Went to get it cleaned and he gave me a completely different chain but I didn’t find out til later. How do I know ? I was fresh in Ny, came from Los Angeles, but before I got here I bought that chain. And the one he switched out had a break in the chain that was fixed. I called the guy back to confront him, he basically said I left the store so he can’t tell...
