Extremely rude and unprofessional. Upon delivery one of the tables were broken but I didn't make a big deal of it because it was an extra and probably wouldn't have mentioned it in a review had I not had this experience today. The table and chairs I ordered were scheduled for pick up at 10am. By 12:30 I had not heard from anyone and was still in possession of the items. I called the number listed on my invoice and was utterly surprised by the manner which this man felt it was okay to speak to anyone, especially while conducting business. I sated why I was calling and with the most disgusting attitude he replied, "First of all who are you? I have plenty of table and chairs out." Taken aback, there was a long pause before stating my name. After stating my name he says, "I don't know who you are." I expressed my dissatisfaction with his attitude and lack of professionalism and asked him what information would be helpful for him identify the pick up. Once that was established I was able to get my question answered. I did not work with them directly during the booking process, however, based on my small interaction concerning pick up I do not recommend and will not do business with them again. There are plenty of other rental companies that have good customer service and would appreciate business rather than give the impression you're bothering them. Sir, I'm trying to return your merchandise. The nerve to think people have nothing else to do but wait on your company. Ayo, I don't know whats the rest of these cats on here are on with dem 1 star review, this business literally gave me me a black baloon a day when a coworker friend of mine moms died for free, well it wasn't really free it costed HIM money but I still got it for a review and I thank him. That baloon maxe made my day and ill never forget how much the owner sold me a free baloon with such fortitude and sterness. Lol, yo, the spot is amazing I might have a baby shower there lol, humduallah, thank you so much G for the "free" balloon a treasure on me on a rough day when I got fired for defending myself at my job by someone who's mother died from cancer. They seem unprofessional and are difficult to reach. I contacted this company Monday 9/18 to inquire about renting some tables and chairs for an event I wanted to host. The person I spoke to told me that they had availability and I should text the phone number with my email so they could send me an invoice, which I did. I didn't hear anything back by the next day, so I reached out again. No answer to multiple calls. I waited another day and sent an email, to which I received no response. Being that my event was getting closer, I went ahead and booked with another company. Maybe if you have luck reaching them, they'll actually help, but I had no such luck.
