My family were loyal customers for many years and we've had food catered by them countless times. However, after this past experience I do not think we will receive catering from them anymore. My grandmother ordered $200 worth of catered food for a birthday party. The food arrived ice cold and it was evident that the food was cooked at least a day earlier. We politely voiced our disappointment to the manager/owner of the business. Rather than simply apologizing, the owner argued with us and blamed us for receiving ice cold food. The manager asked us why we didn't call earlier (mind you we called with 10 minutes), why didn't we have sternos (even though their food normally arrives piping hot and heating fried food with sternos would likely cause the food to fall apart and be mushy), and were given the generic excuse that they were busy. Also I would like to add that we are only 3 stop lights away from the business, it should only take 5 maybe 10 minutes tops to deliver the food. When it became evident that the conversation was not going anywhere, we ended the conversation and tried to salvage our evening. However, it did not end there. The manager called up my grandmother and began to berate her. Another family had to step in and remind the owner not to yell her because she is elderly and was getting extremely upset. We also had to ask the owner to stop calling because the conversation was not going anywhere and we did not wish to continue the conversation any further. In summary, the customer is not king at Little Italy; be prepared to be blamed for their incompetence when it comes to proper catering...

Great selection of pastas and meats. Their deli is a delight to the eyes. I had sicilian rice ball wiith ricotta and marinara sauce. It was rich in taste. I highly recommend this place. I could see Anthony Bourdain loving everything this...
