Completely nasty... I’m new client and don’t know there standards. I woke up early to make sure I was the first person so I can get to work on time. I sign in and I can see the one employee is already having a bad day but I didn’t think much of it. When the other young called my name I provided her the form. The lady told me my test doesn’t start till 8am mind you it’s 7am. So I advised her I have to work and when the next best time on Monday. The lady who was having a bad day who has short black hair and glasses, older mid 40s. Told the young girl to take next person and not answer my question. I then repeated myself what are the times on Monday because I can’t do today. The same nasty lady said “next person”. I kindly repeated myself again. Then rudely told the times. I don’t understand why she was so rude especially this for a job position which has a time limit. I don’t understand why you couldn’t answer a simple question. I never been to your site and I don’t know this. It’s not even on the door or anywhere in the office stating this. I sadly have to go back on Monday because this is the closest to my job and home. I am 16 years old and I will never come back! I and deathly afraid of needles so even going for blood work is a chore. Both of the staff members continued to talk and have conversations while I was the only person in the waiting room! When I finally got into the room the lady used butterfly needle to poke my left arm and she was moving it around while it was in my arm!! I never get the butterfly needles because it is because they are bigger and hurt worse. I also have veins that you can’t see. She then got the right needle and poked my right arm and continued to move it around while in my arm again! After me and my mom were telling her to take it out she kept moving it around and she wasn’t taking it out. At this point I was crying and yelled at her to take it out and she finally took it out after me and my mom were basically yelling for her to! She then got the other lady to poke me again and they finally got the blood. If u have veins that are hard to find or afraid of needles do not come here! Terrible. If your a mother with a child, go elsewhere! I made an appointment for 11:15am Mautza/Maria calls me 2 hours before my appointment and changes my appointment time because she said she does not do the screening past 11am... I then Explicitly State that "If I come early, I WILL NOT HAVE CHILD CARE". She say, well you need to come early or she won't do the screen.

I then arrive early, as she requested, with my child (like I said to her, moving my appointment will leave me without care) and this woman Matuza proceeds to tell me I can't have my test done because I have a child with me! I actually think this is extremely discriminating, to not provide care to a woman because she has a baby...

What is wrong with these people?

Way into completely inconvenient people and provide absolutely no relevant communication when booking...
