I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Paul for a custom air-brush order.

I called on a Tuesday, inquiring about pricing and customization of a plus-size, pair of jeans and a denim vest. I needed this outfit for an event that weekend and was worried it was too last minute for someone to deliver. Luckily, Mr. Paul was thorough, efficient, professional, and kind. In less than 30 minutes of speaking to him and completing my order slip online, I had an appointment to drop-off my items for customization.

After providing Mr. Paul with the inspiration, color scheme and theme of the outfit. I gave him 100 percent creative trust to execute the set and he did FLAWLESSLY! In less than 24 hours, my order was completed, and ready to schedule for pickup. I. HAVE.NEVER.GOTTEN.A. CUSTOM. SERVICE.THAT.QUICK!!

(UPDATE 08/03): This is not scam, today I received the shirt successfully and it looks great ! In order to get your product you have to book an appointment through the website.

I ordered a spiderman airbrush shirt on June 26 with a due date of July 25 for the shirt to be completed, but I haven't received any response about the shirt being completed. I emailed a couple days before I was supposed to pick up the shirt to check in and didn't receive any response. I called multiple times and the call went straight to voicemail every single time, so I left a voicemail and didn't receive any response. Pretty sure this is just a scam ? Not too sure since everything else seems legit, but it seems like once I sent in the invoice that I didn't receive any response of any kind afterwards.

Leaving this review both for anybody else who might get scammed and also since it seems like they only respond to google reviews now, so let's hope...

Great customer service...they were definitely on top of their game when it came to calls and email about my order...quick response and when he stepped away from the studio I was informed so I didn't waste a trip to pick up my order...overall I would recommend and use them more often...see the pics...
