Great studio! It’s easy to find and get to from the subway as well as parking around an industrial area. The security and staff are always really nice and friendly. The buildings super clean too! The COVID testing is a breeze and it’s a nice space overall. I enjoy coming here for work , to test or fit, it’s always an easy and pleasant time. They do have 2 parking lots although I believe one of them is not attended. They have a leak which I can't believe for the life of me why it hasn't been fixed as much money it cost to rent one of their stages. Fortunately we aren't in that particular stage yet. Staff is very nice which is a plus! Loading dock is poorly thought out which is why I won't give a better score and as usual the better bathrooms are upstairs where production is. ...
