DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I wish I had seen and taken the reviews into consideration but I didn’t. When I saw who the delivery company for my order was I immediately contacted them asking why they would use them and if I should cancel my order. They assured me that everything would be fine and if it wasn’t I’d have their backing and support. That was all a lie. The company rescheduled the delivery multiple times. When they finally did arrive I had to flag them down be cause they went right pass it despite the address being on and and next to my door. The seller said make sure I count 7 box’s and inspect each item before I signed and they left. That way I could send any damaged items back with them and report any missing items. They however forced me to sign the tablet before unloading the truck. They asked where I wanted the items I said inside as it’s me and my minor children here only. They said they could not carry the items up my 5 small steps and that my porch was too small to leave the items. They said they could not bring them inside my home unless I called in and paid more for them to do so. They then chose to leave it in a shared driveway that I share with 3 other people. It was wrapped in Saran Wrap on a huge parcel. I do not know how many packages there were but I did see rips tears and other damages on the box’s. It worried me because one of the items was a mirror and one of the box’s was bent at the bottom. I went inside to call my brother and a few other people to see if they could come by and help me get the items inside. My brother said he could come by after work. I said that’s fine I will wait for you. I go back out to check on the parcel the items are now gone. Mind you people have reported the delivery company taking back items after confirming the delivery so I immediately thought that and tried to contact Amazon. I was unable to because they had not marked the item as delivered. Yesterday I was told the item was delayed and I could get a refund. Since my items were stolen to to lazy delivery guys tryna scam me out of more money I requested a refund. Amazon gave me the refund. The company responded with fabricated slip that had a forged signature. Now I acknowledged l signed but the signature on their slip wasn’t mines. I even sent a copy of my signature it’s been the same since the third grade. They also lied about the delivery process saying I inspected the items and verified they were all there and in good condition when I never even took it out the parcel. They also lied and said I told them to leave it in the are they did. Why would I tell you to do that when I live in a bad side of town where theft happens a lot. Why would I tell you to do that if I knew me and my minor children wouldn’t be able to move it or bring it in. They also lied about a tv being in my order and it being in working condition. I never ordered a tv. Then the company lies and says I was refunded $1800 and they want it back. I paid $1360 for the furniture and that total included the shipping and delivery costs. So they tried to scam me out of more money like Amazon doesn’t know what I paid and what they refunded me. This morning I wake up to several messages from them saying I have 7-10 days to pay them the money or their showing up to my home to take the product. Hello how do you come to take something I don’t have? How do you figure I don’t deserve a refund if my furniture was stolen due to lazy work by the team you hired? They then call and leave me voicemails. I not only report Hoe the one who is behind all of this to Amazon through the app I call in and explain all of this as well. They tell me they can see the chat and will further investigate but to go to the police and file a police report due to them threatening to come to my home. They tell me to block all communication on my end as well. I ordered a coffee table set back in May of 2021. When it arrived, it was super small (not like advertised on Amazon), my short 1 year old, sat on the table like a baby chair. I requested a refund 2 days after receiving the product, only to find out I would have to pay to ship it back ($144.00)! So I called 2K furniture. The guy who I initially spoke with had a deployable attitude. He then forwarded me to someone else who had an attitude, until I told them I would take legal actions. Next, 3 days later, after calling 6 times, they sent me a FedEx label, free of charge to ship... so I thought. I shipped the tables back June 10th, they received the tables June 14th, but did not issue my refund. I called on June 20th inquiring about my refund, the guy tried to tell me they didn't receive the merchandise, I told him, yes you did. A M. Myers signed for it. They issued me a refund for $179. I called back on June 21st and asked where is the rest of my money, I was then told the $31 dollars was used for shipping. But shipping was free because I used the postage that sent. He then said let me call my claims department, you will have the rest of your money in 3-5 business days. On the 6th day, I called inquiring about my refund, just to be placed on hold for 15 min. and told they will issue it today (June 29th, 2021). Needless to say, I didn't receive it. Today June 30th, 2021, I will be calling again for the remainder of my money. No customer should have to go through this when spending their hard earned money. This company is a fraud, they take your money, give you damaged or falsely advertised merchandise, and you have to chase them to get your money back. If they do not refund the rest of my money today, June 30, 2021 I will be calling my bank to investigate this as fraud. If you send a free shipping label, you don't get to keep my money. Your product was not as advertised, so you as a business should do the honorable thing and respect my request. After reading that so many others went through this. I STRONGLY advise you to shop elsewhere for quality furniture and better customer service. This is ridiculous! I will never buy here...
Read moreI ordered a bedroom set off of Amazon thru this company after reading the reviews. I ordered a bedroom set over $1,000 in August of 2020 it was delivered October of 2020 with broken pieces and missing parts. I contacted the company and they said they would ship a replacement as Spain as it came in. Well it is now 9 months and no replacement and they are offering me a $100 refund and allowing me to kee my broken pieces. Mind you I contacted them immediately and for the past 7 months they have told me they will ship it when it came in and then told me they quit making it and had me choose another bedroom set sent the just the bed and it was missing the side rails. I contacted Amazon just this week and they are telling me that it is past the 90 days. I trusted this company to do as they said and now they ha e literally scammed me out over a $1,000 andi literally do it even have a competed best to sleep I the dresser, mirror and n nightstand was broken. I read the reviews and that is why I ordered thru this company but I am telling you do NOT order because of anything so wrong yoh will not get a replacement and will be without horn lm ru. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau in the morning and will be filing a claim against this company. I was a patients and trusting customer they scammed out of money. I have proof of all the emails and correspondence they sent saying they would send when it came in If anyone questions if I am being honest. I want everyone to now yes they may treat some customers good but if you are the poor customers lien me that trusted them to do as they said I feel sorry for you. It was the first new bedroom set I ha e ever night and now I am out my money and without a bedrroom set DO NOT TAKE the Chance I did and be scammed.
