Anxious that we were going to be stuck without heat as the cold weather approaches, we decided to call Evergreen Mechanical. Within an hour after speaking with Alex, he had a boiler technician at my front door ready to troubleshoot my unit. The tech was kind, courteous, very knowledgeable, and was able to surmise with relative ease that the thermocouple on my boiler needed to be replaced. Lucky for me, he had the part already stocked on his truck. All in all the job only took a few hours. Called Evergreen’s after hours call center and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received a response. Alex called me back within minutes and dispatched a crew that arrived in under an hour! The men were very professional, clean, courteous, and took great care protecting my apartment before bringing in their heavy duty snake machine to address the tub stoppage.
