Lush Nail & Spa — Local services in New York

It's just to be my go to nail place for the past 3 to 4 years now, but now I will no longer be going back. I called for an appointment for Sunday at 11, and when I got in, they didn't even write down my appointment. Not only did I had to wait two hours, my nails came out wonky. My thumb nail was a little slanted, not filed smoothly. I got gold French tips and the gold was also not symmetrical and I had to go back and have them remove the gold all together.

The nail technician, May, seemed a little rushed and usually she pays attention to detail but not this time. Was really disappointed in my nails and expressed to her about also the appointment not being recorded. Nobody said sorry and management didn't even bother to try to compensate or at least give a sorry. Other times, but I requested a pedicure and was a walk in, no one told me the waiting times and I was waiting up to an hour before and I just left since no one even bother. Usually I'm very patient with situations like this, but with all the time and money that I've spent in this nail salon, I feel very disappointed and very sad that I've been...

I’m honestly SO glad I gave this place a chance ☺️ it’s under new ownership now, and the difference is night and day! I had seen some of the older reviews and was hesitant, but wow… the new team has completely transformed the experience. The salon is clean, calm, and beautifully updated. You can tell they really care about their work and their clients. ✨

My nail tech was so gentle and detailed 👌 she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I left with the prettiest nails I’ve ever had and felt totally pampered. 💅

The vibe was peaceful, friendly, and professional. No rushing, no pressure 🥰 just good energy and amazing service. If you were unsure before, this is your sign to come back. The new owners are doing things RIGHT and this is officially my go-to salon now! 🌸

I was been there many times because it’s right next to my house and the most ladies there are nice. But yesterday I was very disappointed. I just had my nails done yesterday, and my friends all ask me did you did the nails by yourself? I was like …. It’s my new nails! I was have the picture to the girl who was so my nails, and asked her if she wanted to see the picture again( which she just took a look when came in the store) and she said it’s ok! So , the result are much different 🙂🙂🙂. Be honest, I like the color she painted ( funny bunny always my favo) but , she did I my nail looks very messy and my nail polish is not evenly applied! BT, this girl was the same person who did my nails last time, she also cut my skin this time! I think next time if she’s there I will never be back ! The picture shows down is my second day’s nails...
