Pizzarama — Restaurant in New York

Ordered margherita pizza as a whole pie to go and i received a pizza with slices of tomatoes, little sauce and thinly sliced mozzarella cheese. No basil, no garlic, no oilive oil. Charged me $20 and didnt explain that there were ingredients missing. Just closed the box and gave me the pizza. I know my margherita pizza and when he handed me the plain looking pizza, i opened the box and asked where the basils were. The owner looked nervous and told me he didn't have any... just gave me the odd looking face and charged me full price. I was in a rush so I had no time to argue about paying full price for 3 most important ingredients in my margherita pizza and left the place... I've been going there for many years to grab a slice of pizza but porb won't go back. This is CHEATING! I took poctures of the so called margherita pizza for evidence. This is not the way to run...

Mediocre looking slice for the price. Extra dollar to use apple pay. I asked for a broccoli slice and this was it. It’s supposed to be on a white slice embedded in the cheese. The atmosphere was dead and a worker was just sitting near the door on his phone. The server was horrendous and was not really friendly. No hello, how are you, thank you, nothing. What disgusted me was that I saw him eat something while getting my pizza, at least wait until you finish serving. The crunch and the taste was the only reason I’m giving this three stars instead of one. It had a nice crunch, good thickness and the cheese saved it. My actual score is a 3.4. Dollar slice quality but they charge $3. Honestly, I liked dollar slices more. Pizza had almost no flavor. Somehow wasn't even salty. You can tell they are raising prices while buying cheaper ingredients and hoping their customers dont notice. Given that half the money they make are from the junior high schoolers across the street, they may stay in business but this pizza is worse than the individual circular "deep dish" pepperoni pizzas you get in school. All i can say is if you're gonna charge more than 2.50 a slice, you gotta justify with ingredients better than the dollar slice places. Somehow you buy cheaper ingredients than them...
