This location has always been shaky. Watery milk-shake, watery hot chocolate. But today I'm wondering if they truly are crooks. I ordered a kids scoop for my son, $3.49. It was printed on the menu hanging behind the workers. Worker goes to get the cup, but there's no more kids scoop sized cups. She says to me this location no longer offers kids scoop size. I ask her if this applies to all Baskin-Robbins across the country. She says only in this location, the owner made the rule. Isn't a decision like this made by Baskin-Robbins corporate? In the end I was tired of arguing and just paid for the single scoop which was $4.49. I wonder was the truth is? (A) the worker tried to cheat me out of $1.00 (B) they ran out of kid scoop sized cups and the worker made up a story (C) the owner of that location really decided not to offer kid scoop...
Read moreWe've had super hot days this summer. It's nice to pop in here for some ice cream. The employees were nice and friendly. It can get busy there. It's a small establishment and standard to pretty much all Carvel's. It's convenient and right at an intersection. They have a yummy Reeses sundae in a tall cup, full of yummy peanut butter chunks. It's sweet but good. Woukd get it again! My son chose a chocolate shake, and my husband got a cappuccino crunch to take home. ...
Read moreWe stopped in for a quick evening snack after dinner. We each got a scoop of ice cream, but what’s interesting is that the ice cream was very soft as if the freezer where the ice cream is isn’t working.
This was our first time at this location, so I’m not sure what their norm is here. Yet, when visiting other Baskin Robbins locations, we haven’t gotten ice cream that was like soft serve ice cream.
