I love this store! Mary Anne was so helpful in picking out the perfect gift for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I couldn't make it to the shop ahead of Valentine's Day, so I called to see what my options were. She wanted to make sure I picked out exactly what I wanted, so she took me through the store on a video call so I could see everything. She also made sure I got the gift in time for Valentine's Day by sending it down with a friend to Manhattan, (thanks to her friend also named Mary Anne!) She lights up the shop. Things got better and better. No pressure, just helpful guidance. Customer service and a positive customer experience of days gone by. There’s just about everything one could want or need for themselves or as gifts. There’s all price points and regardless of any level, the quality is great. Fantastic store run by good-hearted honest folks with an astute eye for the beautiful and the true. When I arrived from Brooklyn I had merely hoped for a couple hand-knit Irish sweaters, and I got this and then some. Mary Anne's friendly disposition led us into fantastic and edifying conversation and then I stopped next door for a pint, meeting all the good folks who were around.
