Riverdale Bagels — Restaurant in New York

First time trying this spot out. Picked up a dozed bagels for a teenage sports team. Ordered plain and everything bagels with cream cheese. While I waited, there was a consistent line of what seemed to be regulars popping in to get their usual orders. The staff were efficient and courteous and got my order ready pretty quickly. I ordered a mini plain cream cheese bagel for myself to try out. I ended up eating the bagel on the way to the game. The cream cheese had partly melted on the bagel, which was toasty and delicious. I entered the bagel shop around 15 minutes before 1pm, but the service I received was like they were already preparing to close. The service was very unwelcoming, and it felt like the staff member didn't want to serve me. He was unhelpful and not pleasant at all. It was quite shameful that he acted like this towards me, but when others entered the shop, he became very pleasant towards them. I have been a very frequent customer of Riverdale Bagels through Uber eats and order the same thing approximately 2-3 times a week for my friend and I. Over the course of the past two weeks I have received two orders of everything bagels with cream cheese that is entirely expired and has a sour unpleasant taste to it. Not only is this a danger to my health but it shows a lack of regulation in the kitchen. This issue needs to be addressed and I am seriously reconsidering ever ordering from this...
