If I could rate it a -1000 I would. The owner is terrible. Shes always rushing to do nails and never listens to what you want. Its as if anything you ask for is asking for too much (you do pay them for their services).

They are so limited to doing anything. I asked for almond shaped, small acrylics and she said that isn’t possible and ruined my Birthday nails. When I asked her to fix it she called me demanding and “too annoying”. As a owner of the salon you would expect her to want to not make a scene. But instead she got loud with me. She never fixed, nor gave my money back. And I tried to make her do my nails as nice as she could. But she ignored me the whole entire time doung my nails.

Instead of soaking nails they cutt the acrylics off, not even caring it hurts. Even if you flinch they dont care. They just like to get people in and out. You’d think doing your nails is a relaxing experience. Not here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND another place. This place has to be the WORSE place in Queens.

Horrible service. The owner has a crass money hungry attitude which spills on to her employees. A gel pedicure was $52. They have no menu of services. The service for my acrylic was absolutely a circus act. The owner was doing my nails with her legs cross PRETZEL style. She forced my hands over the table multiple times before I asked her why can’t she do my nails on the table. She smiled and joked her behavior was intolerable and prideful. I requested her to take the nails off and she refused until I paid her for my pedicure service. She took another customer and sat up straight and accommodated the customer as a normal nail tech would. She proceed to smile and ignore the fact I came here on my day off and didn’t understand her weird treatment. The owner had no class or leadership skills. She is passive aggressive and do not take accountability. They pass you around to various nail techs around the salon. I’ve been going to this nail salon for 10+ years. I’ve always gotten quality work. Over the years, their prices just kept increasing and increasing. Owner makes her own prices and doesn’t even have a price menu. They definitely treat you differently when you refuse extra services like pedicures or eyebrow waxing. Also, be careful when sending your family members there that don’t know they’ll rip you off on spa pedicures clearly because these elders don’t know what that is but these employees know who to target. Owner has had a few new employees over the past few months and I’m not sure why she kept tossing me to them and the manicures were horrible! New employees made my fingers bleed and nails came out thick. I had to stop them and switch to another staff member.
