Burger King — Restaurant in New York

3/9/17 so gave it another chance at the drive through and once again they disappoint. I ordered a 10pc chkn nuggets, whopper Jr. w/chs meal, and a 2 cheese burger meal. w/ shake. got my order went home to find out there were no nuggets and my whopper didn't have cheese and was cold.and only got colder cuz I had to go back after calling to complain about them messing up the order. to then have some guy Roshim or Rashid tell me that he never charged me for them that's why they weren't in the bag. so he wanted me to pay for them. he should be paying for my gas to go back and forth for his mistake. And not only that he should be comping my whole meal just for the mistake. McDonald's just gained a loyal customer. This is the worse place. I went there today, was not greeted, then I placed a big order in the drive thru- 6 burgers. I was not offered the meal but I then decided to turn 3 orders into meals. The cashier then groaned "oh my god," then as I am about to pull up to the window, she stopped me. When I was finally called to approach, she was laughing with her colleague. I had to ask how much, I gave her the money. I decided to sanitize my hand and as she came back to my window I said "hang on a sec," which was then followed by her huffing and giving me a nasty attitude and look. Soo i always like to come here but today i went thru the drive thru and i had not even a minute parked up looking at the menu and the young lady who’s taking the order says can you back up because we have a certain amount of wait time that you can stand in the drive thru . THERE WASNT EVEN A CAR BEHIND ME. AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS AT ANY FAST FOODS SO I SIMPLY TOLD HER FORGET AND TOOK MY MONEY UP THE BLOCK TO MC DONALDS .
