Dan was very warm and professional, explains entire process before even coming for consultation. Always available for a quick question and extremely accommodating for all issues that arise.

The installers came to my apartment on time at 9am to install two new skylights and the entire process was clean and efficient. The guys set up drop mats and covers to catch debris from the removal process and vacuumed everything left over. They left my apartment in the same condition, if not cleaner, much appreciated.

Chris and his crew replaced a fixed skylight with one that opens and installed two new vented skylights (one in the hall and one in the bathroom). They did a fantastic job. I spoke to Dan and Gabby in the office to figure out pricing and timing - that was a breeze. Chris and his crew came out to install the skylights and they did such a beautiful job. I could not be happier with the results. Chris and his crew came everyday at the appointed time and worked efficiently. From our very first contact by phone with Dan, and then Chris, we felt a connection with men who are both professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the velux product and its installation. They quickly comprehended all of our needs and concerns. We took an immediate liking to them.
