I called AS Window and Glass Repair early Saturday morning with a window repair emergency. One of my double hung windows had slammed shut leaving the top open and I could not close it. When I first called there was no response and I couldn’t leave a message, but before I could call someone else Serge called back. He came out to the house with 3 hours and repaired the window. Serge is extremely professional, communicates well, follow-up and is reliable (he comes when he says he will come and calls you promptly when he is on the way.) I have very thin glass pane windows that were due for full replacement and holding on to a thread with cracks.
