Gerritsen Bagels Inc — Restaurant in New York

Horror movie of a morning. Came in and ordered an egg and cheese on a roll with ketchup and Mayo. Then proceeded to ask for Turkey sausage, the guy attending me said they had Turkey bacon so I opted for the bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with just butter (two different sandwiches). As they are making it I noticed that they put ketchup and Mayo on the bagel instead of the roll. I notified him and it was corrected. I paid and left. When I got home the egg and cheese was missing from the bag so I came back . He immediately recognized me and gave me the bag with the sandwich. I went all the way home again, just to realize he put bacon in the sandwich. So I went back again and told him I ordered no bacon. He fixed the order didn’t say a word to me. No apology for now having to come 3 times. The lady gives me The new bag and I leave. Just to Come right back a 4th time because he put BACON IN IT AGAIN. This time I went in and told him he made it wrong again. I told him I wanted the money back and his attitude was disgusting he practically threw the money at me and proceeded to blame me for ordering 2 BEC sandwiches. I told him that was impossible because I ordered both sandwiches separately with different instructions as stated in the beginning. I told him he messed up or didn’t understand me correctly . And he insisted I ordered wrong and he was right. I demand he gets fired, there was no apology or compensation. Wasted my time, money, and Gas. I also ordered a muffin with butter . He threw a huge slap of cold butter and left it like that . I got 2 chocolate chip cookies and they tasted horrible. Management needs to changes because this is...

I just moved to this area and for the last few weeks I've been buying my breakfast sandwich I don't know if it's because I'm Spanish but I would not think that because the person to help me took my order and right in front of my face he gave my sandwich to someone else then looked at me like if I was asking for free food maybe my service is not really wanted here for some reason I felt very uncomfortable and also felt like because of me being Spanish and I'm only going to spend maybe four or five dollars a day because I'm a poor person maybe my service was not wanted as a customer I'm sorry for coming into your business to try to shop local being that I am a new residence to the area but I've seen already that my support...

People here love this place. They have the usual selection of bagels and make fresh breakfast also. They have amazing chocolate muffins that are just too yummy for words. I just wish my order was right more than 50% of the time. I usually end up with a bagel that hasn't been toasted at all or just warmed up a little and slathered with butter. Ask them to wrap your bagel in foil and get a plastic bag or you will end up with melted butter all over the place. So I'm usually unhappy with the state of my bagel. Also, they allow people to go in without a mask. It's a very small space to begin with and to have 3 people with no masks allowed in the store is disturbing to me. Overall it's a place...
