CROOKS, CRIMINALS, BULLIES Everything seemed fine until the moment my items were in their possession and then it became a circus of unfortunate events. A week had passed and no word on when my items were estimated to arrive
Every time I called to ask for above information, they said they'd call the driver and call me back this game went on for 3 days before they ultimately said they couldn't tell me yet as my items were still sitting in their warehouse
When they arrived, the movers were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and straight up mean. There was confusion (Maybe it was all on my part) about the form of payment, I thought I had a bank check, but as they screamed at me, I guess it was not a bank check, although it was indeed a check from the bank and when I went back to the bank tellers they were equally as confused why Noahs ark would not accept it. (At this point my items were put into an undisclosed storage unit by the moving company as hostage until they received cash or I wired them money - okay, that's fair)
When I finally wired them the money, they sent me a document saying I had to sign it before they told me where my stuff is. The document said that all my items are accounted for and not broken, essentially. And I refused to sign it because that would be lying. I would be happy to sign such a form after I can attest to my items. But I will not lie on a legal document as they asked me to do.
When I called Robert to ask what this document was anyway (like, if I had a legal document to sign, I should have signed it along with my initial contract right?). Instead of answering the question, Robert then goes off about how this was all my fault blah blah blah. I give him the courtesy of hearing him out. When I try to speak to A. Apologize if he felt that "it was all my fault" and B. To ask him AGAIN what the document is and why I can't have my items despite paying in full plus the additional fees he tacked on for "their inconvenience". Instead of doing me the same courtesy and listening to me, he is yelling over me the entire time and then says he had a long day and hangs up.... not mature, not professional, and just plain rude.
They are bullies. I have paid them the entire amount agreed upon including all the additional fees he added. And where are my items? Still being held hostage until I lie on a legal document per their request.

The most important thing to know first is the accuracy and efficiency of the no cost estimation. All I needed to do was send a basic video from my phone. No appointment nor coordination required which I so much appreciate with my busy schedule. The results: our no cost estimate was accurate; the project was on budget and finished even a little ahead of schedule. So already without added costs I was pleased.
Even more astonishing was the care and motivation of the movers. I seldom saw them on their phones and when they were it was business related. When I offered them lunch they actually declined saying that a full stomech would slow them down. They really cared about me and my move!
They were careful at every step of the process. The only damage we saw to a single piece (of many pieces) of furniture was offered a full repair promptly and with ease. Haven’t taken them up on it yet but we might - they don’t rush us on it.
At the end they offered a truck inspection to be sure that everything was emptied. This actually has a pyschological benefit that they hadn’t explained. By going through the truck I proved again and again already that missing items are due to my own disorganization in packing. And sure enough looking hard I have found it all. Nothing is missing.

MY ITEMS WERE PICKED-UP FROM MY HOME SINCE, 12/11/14 and up to 12/23/14 NO ITEMS WERE DELIVER. WHEN I FOLLOWED UP THE REPS. ARE NOT SHOWING ANY EMPATHY BUT, ANGRY AND PISSED THAT I CALLED AND THEY HAVE NO PATIENCE.
WHEN DRIVER CAME TO PICKED ITEMS UP I WAS CHARGED EXTRAS FOR TV BOXES WHICH WAS NEVER DISCUSSED BY THE REP THAT IN TURN INCREASE MY BILL.
DRIVER REQUESTED 15% BASED ON MY BILL WHICH AGAIN, INCREASES MY BILL, WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY NO ONE ANSWER AND I HAD TO LEAVE MESSAGE AND NO ONE RETURN MY CALL.
THE EMPLOYEES ARE BLAMING EACH OTHER FOR FOR LATE DELIVERY FOR EXAMPLES, ONE OF THE REP. MENTIONED THAT SOMEONE DIDN'T SIGN THE CONSENT TO RELEASE SHIPMENT, WHAT THAT HAS TO DO WITH ME BEING THE CUSTOMER ITS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.
