Amazing experience ✨

I’ve been curious to attend a singing bowl session but not enough to make it happen, because I had no idea this would create such results internally (and therefore externally). Thankfully it was offered in a setting close to me because it’s an experience I will not forget.

This will stay with me, and has helped me center myself: A few days after this session I met with the man I’m separated from and what used to be very challenging emotional situations, I felt centered, more myself - so much so it helped him be more centered. Even in my business, what would typically feel stressful, I’m naturally able to meet with perspective and evenness that helps things run smoothly.

During the session felt as if I’d returned to the womb: I released unnamed things and returned to myself refreshed, renewed, calm, enspirited.

I had no idea or expectation of this, and simply grateful to have happened into a session in Guy’s lead.

This is the inner space I’ve been wanting to cultivate and feel. And now I can do so in a moment of remembrance.

I thouroughly enjoyed my experience with the sound meditation and healing. I have never tried anything of this kind before and it was new to me. However the guidance provided on how to really experience the sound and let it penetrate your body gave me a healing and calming experience. I did not know what to expect, and that is a good thing. I left all my judgements and preconcieved notions at the door. This is what allowed me to really dive in and allow the vibrations and the sound to touch me. What followed was a truly peaceful and serene state of conciousness, which also allowed the healing vibrations to do thier work. The carefully selected series of sounds put me in a state to recieve healing of body, mind and soul. Guy was leading a private sound bath meditation/breath work experience for my birthday this year. We had approximately 30 people and the experience lasted around 2-2.5 hours. The whole adventure was really amazing. It was a wonderful journey that me and my friends went on my special day. Some people were doing this experience for the first time and were absolutely astound of what they felt and saw in their head. Many of my friends called me later and thanked for having such a special moment and sharing it all together. It definitely made our bond stronger. I am very thankful to Guy for making my birthday so unique and special and for sharing with us his wonderful gifts. I highly recommend this...
