I have never rented a storage before but Robert made it easy, explaining everything to me how to get into the building and my monthly charges, Robert was extremely professional and courteous, and help me with all my needs. A month later I had a billing issue because of something online. I called Robert he told me to come in, I met with Stephanie who was also extremely professional and courteous.
