I love chipotle and frequent the location by my house often. At my job, however, options for food are more limited, this chipotle location being one of the few eating establishments nearby. It seems however that this chipotle location can never get things right. Almost every time myself or my coworkers order from this location there is an issue. It seems that the workers here are only consistent at messing up orders. One time I got a kids meal and did not get the fillings or a drink. Another time I did not get the chips I ordered and sour cream was not available. Most recently none of the fountain drinks or lemonades were operational or filled. The list goes on and on. Yesterday I placed an online order at 12 PM for pickup at 12:10, however, I did not receive my food Until 12:45 PM. Myself and other customers who placed online orders were forced to wait until all the people placing in person orders were served before our orders were made, even though we had placed our orders significantly earlier than the in person customers had even entered the store. The manager was telling his employees to tend to the in person orders and our takeout orders kept getting put on hold. I got to the location at 12 PM. Having to wait 45 minutes for a take out order is entirely unacceptable. I wish this location could get things right, because as mentioned I do love chipotle however every time I order from this location I have to contemplate and think about if I want to deal with the headache of another potential...
Read moreI went here to pick up food for my coworker during my lunch break around 1 pm yesterday. The food was ordered around 1:05 via the Chipotle app. I got there around 1:20 and the order was not ready. I informed a guy with a cross on his earring that I was waiting for the order. Then he told me the guy on the register with the eyepatch would take care of it. I waited for him to close out at least 3 orders for him to finish, roll his eyes and put his finger up at me to wait as I tried to approach him. I patiently waited about 10 minutes while he now is making mobile orders for the earring guy to come back and tell him about the order. Waited another 10 minutes, patiently still but losing my calm. He finally finishes the order but sets it aside saying nothing only for another person who was also waiting to tell me the name on the order is the one I was waiting on.
I waited almost 20 mins on an order that was ordered 15 mins prior in a place that was not busy at all. With workers literally standing around. I normally do not write reviews and have sympathy for service workers, as I am one myself. But this is unacceptable. No initiative was taken, no communication or order was formed. The guy with an eyepatch needs a serious talking to about his attitude. There is no way that he knowing I was waiting could shut me down and also finally make the order and not inform me. Read moreI came to this store today, it is June 26th, 2025. This my chipotle current store, so the register machine was broken, it doesn’t work. One of the guys - A really nice one - He informed me that it was necessary to order online. I did, and the Girl who was in charge in doing the online order - Let me describe her: white (nothing against racial profiling), wearing glasses, black her,- She made my order and then because the beverage machines has been broken for several months before and it didnot have ice , I decided to asked her for ice cubes. She showed me a really rude attitude, the way that she grabbed my cup and her whole behavior was like - Oh my goodness- Therefore, my question is: Am I client ? It is not my fault that sometimes the beverage machine is working producing ice cubs and another times it doesn’t… I asked her softly and nicely, Why she needs to get at me ? It is not my fault, and the store was not busy… I told to the guy who told me that I need to order online - He said: Do not take it personal - We are busy… Sorry, I am not taking personal, I went there just to eat my lunch, and regardless any problem of the store- Do I need to get that employee’s attitude? I do not think so… and whoever is the manager of this store - Can you be shore that all whiting this location can be operating effectively...
