This review is long overdue, so pleased I chose Serrano's for my concrete work. Had new concrete installed 12ft into the backyard, as well as the removal and replacement of concrete along the side of my home. Roberto and Alphonso did an incredible job, even coming back twice before the job started to detail things and make sure i would be happy. Was a big job, but Serranos paid great attention to detail, getting the grading/pitching perfectly just like i requested. This is so important and I no longer get water in basement which is fantastic. Cannot stress how kind and helpful the owners are (they even helped me with some other stuff in my backyard, cleaned my steps). I called for an estimate for my front porch granite railing to be removed and re-cemented. Serrano came out within a 3 hours to give me a quote. It was very fare I booked him right away to do the job. He had availability first thing next day he squeezed my job in between his other project. Since my job wasn’t as big. He came with 3 guys took everything down made sure not to stop out my grass Lol and he also laid down a nice protective blanket for the railings to lay on. Took 3 hours and I’m so happy with this companies service. I will be having them pave my backyard next and Clear coat the pavers. Over all great professional service don’t hesitate to use them.
