The Best Coffee Shop — Restaurant in New York

I went into this place because my friend wanted to and it’s gotten worse if you asked me. We walked in and one of the cooks were making bacon but putting the bacon on without any gloves AND my friend was going to get a croissant but their bakery display was COVERED in fruit flies. DISGUSTING!

I think whats odd is I heard great things about this place but they are so slow. I have no idea why. Also recently they started not taking phone orders. For all that they should just have apps to strictly order from. I had a friend go in there to get food and they told me that when he went inside to order food that they were just letting the phone ring off the hook...

Little coffee shop I spotted while looking for something to eat. It's very quaint, I guess it have a flow of regular customers , nothing I'm used too. The gentleman taking the orders is very pleasant with a cute accent. Didn't really care for my order but, the coffee was good! They sit down service and to go orders, cash or card. They also have bottled water and juice. Didn't really read the menu so, I'm not exactly sure what kind of food they serve and I felt awkward in there but, that's just me! Other than that, I would get a cup of coffee to go next time if...

This was my 2nd time eating here in nearly as many days... great food, EXCELLENT coffee, outstanding service, and their prices were also fair. 😊😀 What really sets this place apart from the rest to me (imho) is all of THOSE things- combined with a surprisingly warm and "homey" feeling atmosphere, and their absolutely wonderful (friendly, helpful, professional, attentive, etc) staff.

My only regret is that it's not conveniently located to where I more regularly travel- but I'll definitely be back again, anytime I am...
