If I could give this company zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Not only did they double-charge me for EZPass tolls, but their customer service is downright rude and unprofessional.

When I called to request a receipt to prove I already paid the tolls, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience and didn’t want to help. I followed up later, and the same person pretended like we’d never spoken before. It was infuriating and felt like they were trying to dodge responsibility.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My wife was scammed by this company, and they double-charged her for tolls. When we reached out to their customer service to resolve the issue, they were dismissive and outright refused to help.

The lack of accountability is astounding. Not only did they overcharge us, but their refusal to address the situation shows they have no interest in treating their customers fairly.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. Their dishonest practices and unwillingness to make things right make it clear they’re not worth your time or money....
