This place used to be decent when the previous owners were here however over time it's been a hit or miss but more misses than hits. The food is sometimes overcooked or undercooked, the rice isn't always fresh, and the meats like the steak and pork are often dry because they've been sitting out all day. The also have things on the menu that when you request to have made, they will make you wait 15-20 mins then say "we can't make it". They give no reason for the inconvenience just " I'm sorry for your time". It's been witnessed that for people they know and other Hispanic customers that they will prepare ANYTHING off the menu for them, freshly made. They advertise they make breakfast sandwiches go there during breakfast they will just say "no we don't make that", so why is it on your menu? The oat meal is sometimes "sour" do to the milk not being good. Eat at this place at your own risk
