I went for a Pfizer booster yesterday, and I've never experienced the kind of customer service that I have received from Omar and Leroy. They give new meaning to the words proactive and initiative. Leroy noticed my vaccination card was very frayed and asked me if I'd like another one. He wrote out a new one. Then, Omar asked if I wanted home tests, and gave me 4. He also ordered a product he didn't stock, which I will now purchase from Hendrix, and I asked one of my doctors to send a prescription for one medication to Hendrix. It's great to walk around the corner instead of driving to a chain pharmacy on Forest Ave. I hope many people will enjoy the amazing customer service and convenience of Hendrix Pharmacy. My cranky, critical, elderly mother who complains about everything seems to love the staff here. I personally don't know why, but if my mom isn't complaining then they must be doing something right. Apparently they are very nice and helpful.
