Crispy Pizza — Restaurant in New York

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A PIZZERIA EVER!!! DO NOT EAT HERE !! FIRST OFF THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE AN AIR CONDITION UNIT THE WHOLE MONTH OF JUNE IS DISGUSTING MEANING THEIR CUSTOMERS SWEAT LIKE THEIR WORKERS... CAME IN HERE WITH A FRIEND AND I DON'T KNOW WHETHER THE CLEANLINESS OR SERVICE WAS WORSE... I HAVE NO DOUBT ABOUT IT THAT ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS & FRIENDS OF THE OWNER OF CRISPY PIZZA A DUMP THEY CALL A PIZZERIA OFF RICHMOND TERR. I WALKED IN HERE WITH A FRIEND THE GIRL TOOK HIS ORDER THEN WENT ON TO DO SOMETHING ELSE NOT ASKING ME ANYTHING ....IF I WAS BEING HELPED OR ANYTHING FIRST STRIKE.... FLIES WHERE EVERYWHERE INSIDE THE PIZZERIA ...SECOND STRIKE .. AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT WHEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER WALKED IN SHE COMPLETELY DISREGARDING ME TRYING TO ORDER THERE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES AND HELPED SOME ONE WHO JUST WALKED IN ... ONCE MY FRIEND SPOKE UP TO TELL HER THAT WHATS SHES ONE WAS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT DID NOT EVEN GIVE NOTICE THAT A CUSTOMER WAS SITTING THERE FOR 20 MIN TRYING TO ORDER....INSTEAD OF TELLING ME "SORRY WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU "? SHE HELPED THE CUSTOMER THAT CAME IN BEHIND ME GAVE ME THIS CLUELESS LOOK THEN ASKED WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU AFTER 45 MIN OF WAITING THERE .... I WOULD NOT GIVE A DIME TO THIS PLACE ITS A DUMP FOR A PIZZERIA I RATHER MAKE PIZZA AT MY OWN HOME THEN TO GO TO A DUMP THEY CALL A PLACE OF BUSINESS P.S IT WAS THE SHORT YOUNG GIRL MONDAY AROUND 2PM THAT HAD SUCH A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND WAY OF TREATING & IGNORE CUSTOMERS... ID SPIT IN THE OWNERS FACE IF I COULD FOR RUNNING A PIZZERIA...

First time ordering from this place because my favorite pizza shop is closed on Sunday. I ordered from here because I called and asked if their buffalo wings came with blue cheese, celery and carrots, like my fav place does, Crispy said they serve it with celery, I was ok at least they have that, I had called a few places already (cant believe its so hard finding a place that actually serves traditional buffalo wings). Totally disappointed, the wings had no sauce at all and were super soggy not crispy, and for 18 pieces of wings they sent two small sticks of celery, seriously! I reodered the wings and minor difference, a lityle sauce and one more piece of "yellow" looking celery. I had to put the wings in the oven because they seemed under cooked. My friend's chicken parm hero was on the light side and the bread was burnt. Waited forever to eat lunch. First and last time I order here. Terrible first impression for a first time customer. I wish my fav pizza place was open on Sundays, its now 4:26 and I ordered about for lunch 2pm and its going...

Unfortunately, the pizza from Crispy is not as good as when it first opened a few years ago. Still, it's better than most in the area, so I gave it another try. I ordered through where you eat and for the special instructions for the marinara pie, i wrote "well done, not burned." For the buffalo wings I wrote "mild, please." These notes are even on the receipt I got when the food was delivered.

The marinara pie was tasty and without all the garlic that gets piled on by so many pizza chefs these days. Unfortunately, it was just about cooked. In itself, that would not have been a reason to complain.

However, the buffalo wings, while not mouth burning, were definitely not mild. My kids couldn't eat them. So I called. Like the delivery guy, the woman who answered the phone was friendly but unhelpful, She made no comment to my complaint about the undercooked pizza and went so far as to say that the wings were mild, after I had just told her they weren't.

Her manager did not come to the phone to speak with me. Food mediocre. ...
