No one intentionally likes to speak bad about a small business but every action has a consequence, came in for an engine swap,

Made me pay for the engine without telling me where is from or issues that with the engine. States “ engine is good my friend “ don’t fall for it.

The engine comes in with oil leaks.

They just threw the engine in without doing a proper flush of fluids and checking or transferring parts from the old engine that were new like i told them to.

Poor , rushed install, bolts were snap off my exhaust now causing a massive exhaust leak, and bolts are missing from the manifold. ( they was discovered later on, instead of the fixing it, they left it like that)

Broke my dipstick and staid it was my fault until I showed them a picture of it not broken before I brought it in, and they still never replaced the item.

Complaining saying my car has a lot of issue when it was fine before they touched it, after the engine installed, my heat was not working properly, coolant thermostat broken.

Transmission shifting hard , to the point of it not driving properly, told me to come back and they tapped the part that was causing the issue instead of getting a new part.

8: car was taken for a joy ride, had to ask before they said anything and refill my tank with only 20 ,that I asked for , which should have been done without asking. That was me being lenient.

Pros: they are convenient if you want a quick work.

Cons: they tend To be unprofessional and money hungry for low grade work, in my experience.

I’m conclusion I would not go to them for big jobs, something small if you want convenience, but also be cautious of them overcharging you and actually bringing your car back worse then when you...

Warning: Avoid this auto repair shop at all costs. My experience with this establishment was beyond terrible. Not only did they keep my car for two months and fail to fix it and created another issues, but I also lost items from my car that amount to over $1000.

On top of that, when I finally got my car back, there was a crack on the front window that wasn't there before, and they even forgot to put the engine cover back on. Also Victor promised to change the oil pans, and he said he replaced it but it wasn't replaced. After two months, he wasn't even at the shop, he left my car on the street the key was on the sunroof. How irresponsible it is.

I don’t normally leave reviews because I am not a social media person. However, this repair shop has changed my mind for the service they gave me. I was driving to my house coming back from school, my car was making a noise that I was not paying attention to. However, with time the noise was becoming louder and scary. Eventually, I stopped driving it because I was getting very frightened by the noise. I googled an auto shop repair near me, and I have found that Vick’s Auto Repair was the closest to me, and they were about to close in 6 minutes. I went in with my car and asked the owner for help. The patience he had for me and the way he helped me out was incredible. He was very caring and professional. He stayed until 1 hour to help me.
