I WENT HERE TO GIET MY HAIR BRAIDED!! IT ONLY TOOK 5 HRS, BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE STYLIST, KABA, THAT IT WOULD LAST FOR 3 MONTHS!! HOWEVER, MY BRAIDS BEGAN COMING OUT IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS (10 DAYS TO B E EXACT)!!

NATY CLAIMS THAT KABA ISN'T THERE EVERY DAY...SHE CALLS HER INTO THE SALON WHENEVER SOMEONE WANTS A BRAIDED STYLE, BUT SHE GETS PART OF THE MONEY!! SO, SHE PARTIALLY FOR SETTLING ANY CONFLICTS WITH KABA'S WORK AT HER SHOP!!

I STOPPED BY THE SHOP ON SATURDAY (4/1/17) & NATY TOLD 3ME THAT KABA WAS THERE THAT DAY & LEFT ALREADY, SO WHY DIDN'T NEITHER ONE OF THEM CALL ME BACK, SINCE I FIRST CALLED HER ABOUT MY HAIR ON 3/30/17??!~! NATY GAVE ME HER #, WHICH IS CONSTANTLY BUSY!! I ORDER TO SETTLE THIS MATTER, I FEEL I SHOULD GET MY HAIR FIXED FOR FREE, BUT I BEGINNING TO FEEL LIKE I'M GETTING THE RUNAROUND!!

NEITHER ONE OF THEM KNOWS ME PERSONALLY, SO THEY WOULDN'T KNOW THAT I HAVE A BACKGROUND IN THE LEGAL FIELD!! THEREFORE, I 'M NOT GONNA LET THIS GO, I'M GONNA CONTACT THE BBB AND/OR CONSUMER AFFAIRS REGARDING THIS MATTER!! I DIDN'T PAY $120 FOR THIS TO HAPPEN!!

I went to get my hair done at 9/30/23, let me tell you that these Dominican stylists are rude and talk bad things about my long hair !!! Complaining, and having no manners at all !! They also lied when being confronted about all those rude comments, so they wouldn’t be put in the spot ! Them Thinking as if I didn’t know Spanish , I’m Puerto Rican !!! They’re also dirty ! Don’t go here !! 1 Star !! I didn’t feel comfortable and my hair was too much for them to handle , even though they just charged 15 dollars for watching my hair . I just left and paid !!...

Not crowded, stylist doesn't work on more than 2 clients at a time, really takes time to explain techniques for your particular hair. Only issue is that she shares space with a barber in a separate area but you still here their music, and they are nothing like as wonderful as the ladies in the salon. she and other stylist are amazing, I'll never go to anyone else, I haven't had nails done as the tech says she would only work by appointment separate of hair. English is second language but they really try to do what you ask, I would choose them over any...
