Read moreThis place will sell you tickets that are not valid and give you hell to get your money back. Give you the run- around and checks that cannot be cashed, 3 months after the fact. The staff is rude and argues with the patron, even though their money has already been taken. The executive staff doesn't follow up with complaints. Also the executive director will not talk with you if you request him to do so. They do not answer the phone during the business hours that are posted to the public. If you request to use the restroom while waiting to enter the theatre for the show, they will tell you to go find one one the street/down the block. They will not allow you to use the restroom in the facility, even though you have waited in line for over 1 hour for a show that starts over an hour after it was scheduled. But hey... This this was just my experience. Maybe yours will...
