I ORDERED LED TAIL LIGHT ON EBAY, THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED AND NOT REPAIRABLE,I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND LEFT HIM A POLITE EMAIL, HE OFFERED ME $3.50 REFUND (THAT WAS KINDA STRANGE) I TOLD HIM AGAIN I DONT NEED THIS ITEM AND IT DOES'NT WORK, HE REPLIED: WE'LL GIVE 50% OFF, ME:I ALREADY BOUGHT A REPLACEMENT ITEM, STOP SENDING ME PARTIAL REFUNDS, I NEED FULL REFUND, seller: WE CAN OFFER YOU $10 refund . ME: STOP WASTING MY TIME SEND ME FULL REFUND, SELLER: WE'LL GIVE $13 REFUND. I DECLINED, AND FINALLY, I GOT A RETURN LABEL AFTER WEEKS OF EMAILING BACK AND FORTH. once they received the item, they deducted 50% off the total price and refunded me the rest. I asked them why did you not give me a full refund, he replied : open a case with Ebay ! just so you guys know that are reading this, once Ebay steps in, they will reimburse me for the balance , since the item comes with eBAY GUARANTEE" BUT THE SELLER DOES'NT HAVE TP PAY ANYTHING. I WILL TAKE THE SELLER TO COURT , JUST SO I CAN TEACH HIM A LESSON.

Received my item damaged although the padded envelope it was mailed in wasn't damaged at all. Went online to live chat but website said that it wasn't staffed at that time. Called customer service but had to leave a voice message. I also emailed them. This is normal business hours and I expected to be able to contact SOMEBODY in SOMEWAY to discuss this issue.
