Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! The first day I moved my business assets in, I noticed the lock I paid for did not fit in the lock the same way as the previous lock on that storage, the lock they furnished that I paid for hung halfway out of the encasing, the employee who rented to me told me that some of the locks do that and for me to look at other units to confirm. The next day after much unnecessary flack, the manager okayed a unit change almost directly across from where I rented previously instead of changing the lock out. So I had to move all of my stuff again by myself, (NO HELP WAS OFFERED) The next morning I one of the employees came up to my unit to ask me to resign the lease in the office before I left today, he explained THE MANAGER NEEDS YOU TO COME DOWN NOW, I had 3 business customers in my unit at the time and was closing a deal and asked him to bring it up to me please and I would be happy to, he did not show up after customers left so I went to office where I encountered the manager telling that same employee TO TELL HER WE HAVE BUSINESS TOO! !!!!! My first thought was I AM your business!!! but I just smiled and introduced myself, asked for the paperwork which had not even been prepared yet, 20 minutes later it was signed and I went home. Two days later, I spoke to the employee who rented the unit to me, a tall Pacific Island looking girl and expressed my feelings about what happened and the way the manager was yelling at the other employee about her not willing to bring lease up because THEY HAD BUSINESS TOO! The girl said the manager was overwhelmed because they just opened and she was having a bad day. No problem I said and went on to my unit. The next morning I get a phone call from the Girl who rented to me saying THE LOCK WAS NOT IN MY UNIT DOOR AND I NEEDED TO COME TO OFFICE RIGHT AWAY!!!! WHAT? HOW COULD THAT BE, I LEFT IT LAST NIGHT ALL LOCKED UP. ARE YOU CERTAIN IT IS MY UNIT, THE ONE YOU GUYS JUST CHANGED??? YES, YES SHE SAID IT IS YOUR UNIT WE CHECKED THE FILES IT'S YOURS AND THE LOCK WAS GONE! SO I FLEW OVER THERE IN MORNING TRAFFIC, INCURRED A PHOTO TICKET AND WENT TO MY UNIT AT WHICH TIME I DISCOVERED THE LOCK WAS PERFECTLY INTACT!!! I went to the office and told them at which time the girl said Oh We made a mistake, we were looking at your old unit!!!! I was so relieved that my stuff wasn't gone and lock was intact that once again I chalked it up to alot of trouble about nothing at least my inventory was safe. Later that day the manager called and adjusted my next months rent for the mistake and I was grateful for at least that. The next month, I drove up with a 17ft rental truck packed with new inventory only to find out that they NO LONGER HAD HAND CARTS AVAILABLE FOR THE RESIDENTS TO USE. PEOPLE WERE STEALING AND OR KEEPING THEM IN THEIR UNITS SO NOW YOU HAD TO MAKE SURE YOUR LOADING AND UNLOADING MEETS THE OFFICE'S SCHEDULES, 9-5 AND LEAVE YOUR ID. WHAT??? RIGHT NOW I NEED ONE TO UNLOAD, THEY WERE LEAVING IN 10 MINUTES AND COULDN'T LET IT GO OUT AT THE PRESENT TIME AND I DIDN'T HAVE MY WALLET IT WAS BACK AT THE JOB SO NO CART!!! I WAS FORCED TO PAY AN EXTRA DAY FOR THE TRUCK AND HAD TO CANCEL THE NEXT DAYS BUSINESS TO ACCOMMODATE THIS PROBLEM. I WAS VERY UPSET, THE HELP I HIRED AND PAID TO UNLOAD TRUCK WAS NOT AVAILABLE AGAIN SO I HAD TO MOVE THE ENTIRE TRUCK LOAD BY MYSELF AND GET THE CART BACK TO THE OFFICE BEFORE THEY CLOSED. The manager and girl who rented to me both told me the reason why the new rules regarding the carts were in place, . HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FEEL SAFE HERE WITH MY ASSETS IF YOU GUYS CAN'T EVEN FIND YOUR CARTS WITH ALL THE CAMERAS AND SECURITY MEASURES YOU CLAIMED TO HAVE??? The cart issue proved to be a major challenge for me, unloading in the rain by myself. Between the extreme unprofessional and unfair business practices and the amount of time and money I was forced to incur because of 360 Storage, NOT TO MENTION ALL THE STRESS AND LABOR I WENT TO SAF KEEP WHO GAVE ME 2 MONTHS HALF OFF, FREE TRUCK, HELP MOVING AND VERY...
Read moreTerrible customer service. Manager is exteemly rude. Yelled at me and hung up on me for asking a simple question about my bill. I was first told the office was closed at 530 on sundays and a moving truck was always available free of charge. I arrived at 450 and was told the office was closed. When i signed up i was told the moving truck was not availible but i could rent a van and what ever i paid would be credited to my first month rent. I asked if i would receive a reminder notice when it was due and was told i would get one in the mail. Never got it but i did get a late fee and suprise suprise i received no discount for using the van( which i could have gotten cheaper at u-haul.) There is no one you can talk to to compain about the manager so she feels she can treat her customers how ever she wants. I Would...
Read moreThis establishment is by far hands down the best storage facility I have ever rented storage space from. And let me tell you why.. the staff here is what I like to call old School and treat their customers with respect and dignity regardless of how you show up. Their eyes are not full of corporate greed. The facility is emaculant and coming from a military background you could eat off the floors in my opinion... There is plenty of lighting throughout the facility and one feature I do appreciate is the auto on off lighting throughout the facility as to not waste electricity. I am disabled and from day 1 the staff has helped me unlike multiple other storage facilities. Thank you again 360 storage... SUN-RAY FRANKIE...
