Major headaches with sofa purchase here. We returned the first sofa we purchased here because the cushions lost their shape in less than six weeks. It took two weeks of calls and emails then they tried to make us wait two months to have their repair service send someone out to evaluate the problem which was unacceptable. We made the mistake of letting them apply credit, selecting a different sofa, and waiting another week for delivery. Their delivery men tore up the back and bottom of the sofa bringing it through the door and cut the leather cushion, most likely when the covering was removed. They were not honest enough to say anything. They put the legs on and put the sofa against the wall. Luckily, my husband inspected the sofa when he got home and found the damage. He also found staples in the rug in the entry torn out of the sofa. We contacted the store to send their people back and refund or money. We were told it would take another week to send someone out.
