Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Newberry

I ordered a ham, egg and cheese croissant meal with bacon added to the croissant. I pay for everything at the drive thru, they ask me to pull in to the first station because they had 3 other cars waiting for their orders as well and they hand me the drink for the meal. So I pull over into the place they asked me to go...10 minutes later this car hop comes out to inform me that they are put of ham, she then proceeds to ask if I wanted a refund, I said yes please...she comes back with $4 and some change, keep in mind I paid $7 and some change for the meal. Apparently they decided to charge me for a tea, kinda disappointing but Ok no problem, yet the "medium" tea that I got was barely 20 ounces and they want over $2 for that??? That's crazy...needless to say Sonic has lost my business...I had my car running for over 10 minutes so I probably lost a good $2 and some change in gas...maybe I should have...

We are traveling. We understand the dining is closed but regardless there is no reason to be sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes! RIDICULOUS! There were 2 cars in front of us. The cashier must've opened her window with those cars at least 12 times due to drinks and orders either being incorrect or not fresh, assuming, due to the constant negotiating and renegotiating of drinks and food being passed back and forth thru the window. Number 1... UNSANITARY, ESPECIALLY WITH THE COVID19. NUMBER 2.... NO SPEED NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN. NOT ONLY THAT THE CURB APPEAL ISN'T TOO INVITING EITHER....

I called to speak to the manager..... only response I got was, "..... Yes...
