I called in an order for lunch, go to pick up and the line had over 30 people in it to check out with people standing in front of tables that had people eating. If I was eating I wouldn't want several random people standing in front of me when I ate. They have got to come up with a better system for checking people out or have their servers do it. I then get our food and the burritos deluxe I ordered was swimming in watery tomatoes, the salsa is just canned tomatoes with no seasoning or spices what so ever, chips are bland and cheese dip was lumpy and super salty. However, Mi Casa Grande has got a salsa bar with lots of good options and generally much more flavorful food. The rice and beans are better.
