Lang Jewelers is absolutely my favorite jewelry store. For many years my family and I have used Lang Jewelers. Matt Lang and Stacy Lang are always very helpful and very professional. They always greet by name and a handshake is guaranteed. Their store is always exceptionally clean and organized. I never even see fingerprints on the glass displays. I always feel very welcome in their store. I have worked in customer service for a many years and their customer service tops any and every expectation that you could have. Matt, Stacy and their staff are always very friendly and helpful. They are up to date on the latest trends and always have the best jewelry choices.

Not only does Lang Jewelers have exceptional jewelry but they are also the best store for watches and watch repair. Lang Jewelers carries gorgeous watches in a variety of brands. I have taken my father’s watches there several times over the course of a few years for repair. (My dad is rough on watches as an electrician.) Matt always has taken exceptional care of me and repairing the watches. There is also an exceptional turnaround time and never any trouble with picking them up or dropping them off.

Lang Jewelers never disappoints. Matt is creative and one of a kind when it comes to designing rings. My cousin recently had a ring designed by Matt for his fiancé. My cousin lives in Virginia and Matt was able to work with him to design the ring via pictures, email and phone. The ring turned out phenomenal and absolutely stunning.

I personally had a necklace break and was completely devastated. I immediately took it to Matt. He was able to examine it and fix it in no time while offering the best advice. Matt suggested that we fix it with a new chain and it by far turned out amazing and I don’t have to worry about it breaking again. I even drove an hour away just to take it Lang Jewelers.

My Grandfather wore a Wakmann Triple Date Chronograph daily for years. Being a thrifty man the watch was probably a good quality but not a name many would have recognized back in the 60’s. I defiantly didn’t recognize it. I am not sure if it was the broken mainspring or the broken link in the spring band that made him hang it on his bed post for the next 30 or so years. True to his functional nature though he bought a cheap Timex calculator watch. After his passing I inherited it and for years didn’t know what to do. I didn’t know many shops that worked on Swiss watches, one said it couldn’t be fixed because some parts simply couldn’t be found, another insisted I replace the crystal and quite a few other parts because they were cosmetically worn. I didn’t want to lose the honest wear my grandfather put on it so years went by with it sitting in a box unused. A friend referred me to Matt the owner of Lang Jewelers. I gotta say after emailing and talking with Matt I felt confident my watch was in great hands. I am two hours away and I was worried about shipping it but after he let me know it arrived I had no worries. Even though I swapped the metal spring band for a leather band Matt still insisted on laser welding the original band just in case. It wasn’t cheap to replace the truly broken parts and service it but I now have a working family heirloom that I will be able to wear and pass down some day.
