I had one of the most traumatic and demonic encounters with Elizabeth Baxter who is said to be the Credit Manager for this company today. She came to my home with bad intentions, disrupted my peace and was shouting all loud standing in my front yard attempting to draw attention to embarrass me in front of my neighbors. Upon me opening my door for her I saw the look she had when she stepped foot on my property, it was not pleasant or welcoming with good intentions. She had a motive and she felt as though she accomplished what she sat out to do.
This woman is a very vile and vindictive person in my interaction with her this morning. I opened my door and asked how could I assist and she went to shouting. I informed her that I had spoke with someone already just a couple of days ago and Elizabeth told me that the person I spoke with was not authorized to tell me the information in which she gave me or what we agreed to via our phone conversation. Making threats stating I will see you in court.
This is a very trying week for me, we are laying my 88 year young auntie to rest on tomorrow and the 19th of Aug marks two years since I had to take my mom, her sister off of life support. They transitioned ten days within each other. I do not like when people show detestable behavior like this. There is too much going on in the world and in peopleās lives for folks to be just so nasty.
There is absolutely no reason she had coming to my home showing her ugly tale in the manner in which she did. I am so emotional and upset, I canāt even focus on my job right now and I have been at work since 6am and will not get off...

So I had to leave the state of Georgia in a hurry. I told this furniture company all this. What they do in return is call my phone back to back. You can tell they donāt care that I donāt live in the state they only care about the money. Which is weird because they could just report it the credit bureau. When I got so frustrated that they keep calling my phone, I finally answered. The worker that called me go say āwell we donāt care what you got going on just pay your bills and you wouldnāt have this problemā. She also said that I need help. Like Iām supposed to be smiling when everything I worked for got token away. I can't be worried about furniture that I know longer have. Iām not saying I shouldnāt pay. I advise them over and over Iām working on it from a another state. At this point even call once a day if you working with me because my situation is not changing over night. Or report it to the credit bureau Iāll deal with it. Itās nothing more this place can do. But harassment is not one of them. I will sue back if it keep going. Yes sue! Because you canāt make me pay. You can report it and that will have me wish I payed. But you canāt make me pay. My problem with them is the customer service. That said, for 3 different times (once for adjustable bed, once for living room, once for refrigerator) we have comparison shopped other stores just to end up back at Farmer's. We get started there, go check out all the other options, then end up back with Farmer's. We also replaced an extra sofa with a great clearance deal along the line, and I furnished my dad's room at assisted living facility with some nice pieces from their clearance room in the back. The selection is great, the furniture is beautiful (not the same exact thing you saw at other stores) and they are helpful. In the case of our fridge, we had another one go out on us and needed a replacement ASAP. Farmer's was the same price on the same fridge as Lowes and Home Depot, but the delivery at Farmer's was much faster! Overnight vs next week. They really came through for us!
